<<I started painting in order to externalize my feelings and emotions, but above all out of my desire to create what is in all of us: and all of us, in some way, create. The intention of my work is to enter the emotional dream world of the "spiritual game". My greatest success would be to transmit my joy, pain and consolation because I know my spirit is the same as many others.
Defeat, dreams, disappointments can all be looked on with affection if you are able to transform them into a dream...
The colors I prefer are blue, pink, lilac, and violet greys. Form me they represent the colors of dreams and mystery. With my work, I try to penetrate into the amazing world of the unknown... What happens on the bottom of the sea?! What can you see when you go up beyond the moon? What can you discover when you adventure into the humen heart?!
The masks that often appear on my canvases indicate the thousand of masks that we wear in order to live... today, more often than not, society obliges us to do so... appearance counts more than our own being... and all of us want to show off, often showing what we are not. And so masks become our friends, allies and accomplices... but then we get tired of these appearances and we want to go back to being simply who we are, so we take off the masks... but it is too late because there isn't only "one truth" in our beings.>>
