Anna Rita Alatan was born in Rome and she still lives there. After her studies in 'Liceo' specializing in art subjects, her carrer developes in a professional way and her creative path brings her to a growing maturation. Since 1970 her paintings are exhibited in many art galleries and she becames an artist of international fame. In 1992 frequents the atelier of Hugo de Soto, self-taught cuban painter, who moved to Europe in 1961. During the year 2005 Anna Rita Alatan is engaged with two exhibitions: in Paris and in Taipei, Taiwan.
